Hello, everyone! We are Desislava Rafailova and Ines Adao. We are participating in an exchange between our countries – Bulgaria and Portugal. More specifically between our schools – “Romain Rollan Foreign Language School” , Stara Zagora and “Externato de Penafirme”, Torres Vedras. Our project theme is “Food for thought”. We chose to explore and research the potatoes. They are not only one of our favourite vegetables, but it is quite impressing how this particular product is wide spread in both of the countries. There are lots of similarities, but also differences in the way they are produced, in the traditional dishes including them, in the cost and so on.
